Order processing times (preparation and delivery to the courier) may vary from the day following the order to a maximum of 24/48 hours from confirmation of the order (excluding holidays). Final delivery times will depend on the courier service selected. If, for any reason, the Supplier is unable to ship within this time frame, it will promptly notify the Purchaser by email sent to the address provided by the latter during the purchase process.

Standard shipping is free in Italy for orders over £58.00.

For orders under €58.00, the cost is €4.90 in Italy.

Collection from the salon is free of charge.
