Matters not expressly covered by these terms are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended), the Civil Code, and applicable sector-specific legislation.
2. Online purchasing procedure

- go to the cart and check the summary of products, quantities, and prices;
- enter the required billing and shipping information;
- select an available shipping method and view its cost (if applicable);

Before submitting the order, the Customer may change the contents of the cart, the information entered, and the payment method at any time, as well as correct any errors.
2.2 Telephone orders
↑ Back to indexOrders may also be placed by calling 3338049818
The procedure set out in Section 2.1 above applies to online orders and is completed by the Customer through the operator.
3. Prices, shipping costs and other charges
↑ Back to indexProduct prices published on the Website are expressed in euros and in the respective currencies in Poland and Denmark, and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs, any surcharges (e.g. cash on delivery, if applicable), and any other additional costs are clearly listed separately during checkout, before the Customer submits the order. These amounts are summarized in the order summary and order confirmation.
The prices charged are those displayed on the Website when the Customer submits the order.
4. Payment methods
↑ Back to indexProducts may be paid for using one of the methods indicated on the Website, including, by way of example:
- credit/debit cards;
- prepaid cards;
- cash on delivery (if available and subject to the conditions specified on the Website).
Specific conditions may apply to each payment method (for example, any additional costs for cash on delivery), which will be clearly disclosed to the Customer before the order is confirmed.
5. Conclusion of the contract
↑ Back to index5.1 Order proposal and confirmation of receipt
↑ Back to indexThe order submitted by the Customer through the Website constitutes a contractual offer to purchase the selected products, made to the Seller.
After receiving the order, the Seller automatically sends the Customer an email confirming receipt of the order, containing a summary of the order details. This message is purely informational and does not constitute acceptance of the order or conclusion of the contract.
5.2 Order acceptance
↑ Back to indexThe sales contract is deemed concluded only when the Seller sends the Customer a subsequent email confirming the order and shipment, after verifying product availability and that payment is valid.
If the order is not accepted, the Seller will promptly notify the Customer and explain how the order will be handled.
5.3 Product unavailability
↑ Back to indexIf one or more ordered products are unavailable, even temporarily, the Seller will promptly notify the Customer and offer, at the Customer’s choice:
replacement with another product or products of equivalent or different value, with any price difference settled as applicable;
- partial shipment of the order, with a refund of any amounts paid for unavailable products;
- cancellation of the entire order and a full refund of the amounts already paid.
5.4 Prohibition on purchasing for resale and right to reject orders
↑ Back to indexThe Customer declares that purchases on the Website are made exclusively for personal use and not for professional or commercial resale. Purchasing products with the intention of reselling them, including indirectly or through intermediaries, is prohibited.
The Seller reserves the right to reject or cancel orders, after notifying the Customer, where there are reasonable and objective grounds to believe that they have been placed in breach of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, or for commercial purposes or unauthorized resale (for example, multiple orders of identical products, an unusually high frequency of purchases, or the use of multiple names attributable to the same person).
In such cases, the Seller will refund any amounts already paid by the Customer, withholding only costs that were strictly necessary and already incurred, and cannot be recovered, for handling the order (for example, shipping costs if the product has already been handed over to the courier). These costs will always be clearly disclosed to the Customer.
6. Delivery of products
↑ Back to indexShipping methods, estimated delivery times, and related costs are indicated in the “Shipping Information” section of the Website and summarized during checkout and in the order confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer in the order. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping details provided are accurate and complete.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, the recipient being absent or untraceable, or failure to collect the shipment within the time limits set by the courier, the shipment may be returned to the sender. In such cases, the Seller will inform the Customer and may charge the cost of any new shipment.
In the event of delays, damage, or loss attributable to the courier, the Seller will, to the extent permitted by law, work with the Customer to resolve the issue, without prejudice to the Consumer’s rights under applicable law.
Any delays due to force majeure or unforeseeable events (strikes, natural events, health emergencies, measures taken by the authorities, etc.) will be promptly communicated to the Customer; in such cases, the Seller will act in accordance with the law.
7. Statutory guarantee of conformity
↑ Back to indexUnder the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer is entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity for products purchased, which covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and appearing within the statutory period.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled, free of charge, to have the product brought into conformity by repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the conditions and limits set out in Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
To report a lack of conformity or an issue relating to the products, the order, or delivery, the Customer may contact the Seller using the contact details provided in the “Contact” section of the Website, specifying the order number and a
description of the issue encountered.
Any exclusions or limitations on the right of withdrawal for sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, if opened after delivery, will be clearly indicated in these General Terms and Conditions and/or on the relevant product page.
8. Right of withdrawal
↑ Back to indexThe Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the products, in accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
The procedures, terms, and effects of withdrawal are described in the“Information on exercising the right of withdrawal”, available on the Website and also referred to during the purchase process.
9. Images, descriptions, and promotions
↑ Back to indexProduct images published on the Website are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly represent the product’s actual features, while still complying with the obligation to provide accurate and non-misleading information to the Consumer. Any non-substantial differences in the product’s packaging or presentation do not affect its conformity, without prejudice to the Customer’s right to the remedies provided by law in the event of a lack of conformity.
Any promotions, discount codes, special offers, gift cards, or vouchers are governed, as applicable, by the specific terms published on the Website, which prevail over these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in the event of any conflict.
10. Complaints, contacts, and customer support
↑ Back to indexFor any request for assistance, complaint, or report concerning purchased products, orders, or deliveries, the Customer may contact the Seller using the details provided in the “Contacts” section of the Website.
The Seller undertakes to respond to the Customer’s requests as soon as possible and, in any case, within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
↑ Back to indexThese General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the contracts concluded with Customers are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to the Consumer by the regulations that may apply in their country of residence.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance, or termination of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court in the place where the Consumer resides or is domiciled, if located within the territory of the Italian State.
INFORMATION ON EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
↑ Back to indexConsumer’s right of withdrawal
↑ Back to indexIf you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft, or professional activity they may carry out), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days.
The withdrawal period begins:
- in the case of an order for a single product: from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the product;
- in the case of an order for multiple products delivered separately: from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last product.
2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
↑ Back to indexTo exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send EDBELLESSERE S.r.l. an explicit statement of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery (as indicated above).
You can send your withdrawal notice:
- by email to: info@ed-bellessere.com;
- using the self-service returns function available on the Website’s home page (button at the bottom left), following the instructions;
- or by any other explicit statement sent to the contact details indicated in the “Contacts” section of the Website, clearly expressing your intention to withdraw.
To facilitate processing, please provide at least:
- the order number;
- the products for which you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal;
- your first and last name and contact details (address, email, telephone);
- bank details (IBAN) only if the payment was made using a method that does not allow an automatic refund (e.g., bank transfer, cash on delivery).
Sending the withdrawal notice within the 14-day period is sufficient to meet the deadline; the products do not need to have been returned by that date.
3. Returning the products
↑ Back to indexOnce you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must return the products to EDBELLESSERE S.r.l. within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
The return address is:
EDBELLESSERE S.r.l.
Piazza Verdi 29
61013 Mercatino Conca (PU) – Italy
The products must be returned:
- intact, unused, undamaged;
- complete with all accessories and any documentation included in the packaging;
- in their original packaging;
- accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation or a document that makes it possible to identify the order.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products, unless specifically indicated otherwise on the Website or otherwise agreed at the time of return.
4. Refund
↑ Back to indexIf you exercise your right of withdrawal correctly, EDBELLESSERE S.r.l. will refund all payments received in connection with the order for the products subject to withdrawal, including standard delivery costs, if applicable.
You will be responsible for:
- any additional delivery costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered;
- the direct costs of returning the products, unless otherwise indicated on the Website.
The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
5. Decrease in the value of products
↑ Back to indexIf returned products are found to be damaged, incomplete, missing accessories, or showing signs of wear beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, EDBELLESSERE S.r.l. may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the decrease in value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
↑ Back to indexThe right of withdrawal is excluded, among other cases, in the circumstances set out in Art. 59 of the Consumer Code. In particular, with regard to products sold on the Website, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and that have been opened after delivery (e.g. certain cosmetic or personal care products).
7. Defective or non-compliant products
↑ Back to indexThe right of withdrawal described above applies to cases where you change your mind. Your right to the legal guarantee of conformity for defective or non-compliant products, governed by the Consumer Code and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, remains unaffected.
To report a defective or non-compliant product, you can contact us using the details provided in the “Contacts” section of the Website, giving your order number and a description of the problem.
