Refund policy
Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 14 calendar days (fourteen) from the date of receipt of the Products.
It should be noted that the right to withdraw, as provided for in Articles 64-67 of the Consumer Code, is reserved only for natural persons, i.e. private consumers acting for purposes unrelated to their profession.
MODALITIES FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, a written communication to the email address indicated on the site.
Such communication shall contain
a) the manifestation of willingness to avail oneself of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code
b) an indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to avail himself of the right of withdrawal
c) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase
d) the data relating to the Customer's bank account, exclusively if the Customer has made the payment by bank transfer.
This email must be sent to EdBellessere Shop in the manner indicated above.
If the product has been delivered, the customer must return it to Edbellessere shop within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the good.
The good must be returned complete with every accessory and everything originally delivered to the customer, as well as packaged in its original wrappings. A copy of the electronic order receipt must be attached to the returned product. The costs of returning the goods to EdBellessere Shop are borne by the customer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the customer in accordance with the provisions of this clause, EdBellessere Shop shall reimburse the amount paid by the customer excluding shipping costs.
In particular, EdBellessere Shop will proceed free of charge to transmit the re-credit order relative to the cost of the goods shipped including shipping costs within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date in which it became aware of the customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal. This operation shall be carried out through the credit institution that issued the credit card used for payment or by crediting the sum to the bank account indicated by the customer.
EdBellessere Shop has the right to reject any product returned using methods other than those specified above, as well as products for which the customer has not fully paid the return costs, or has not respected the methods and times indicated for communicating the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
EdBellessere Shop undertakes to promptly reimburse the Customer within and no later than 14 calendar days from the date of return of the Products, subject to their integrity. EdBellessere Shop will send an e-mail confirming the refund.
