The following are the general conditions of the sale
1. GENERAL TERMS
The online sales contract means the legal transaction concluded at a distance between the customer and EDBELLESSERE S.R.L., in the person of the legal representatives pro tempore, as part of a sales system using distance communication technology, having as its object goods present on the website www.ed-bellessere.com.
The seller will take care of updating the website and its contents.
In the event of changes, the purchase will be governed by the contractual conditions published on the website at the time of placing the order.
For anything not expressly provided for in these general conditions, the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Civil Code and special laws on the subject shall apply.
2. ORDER
The purchase order can be placed online, following the procedure on the website shop.ed-bellessere.com, or by telephone contact at 0541971060.
3. PRICES
Product prices include VAT and can be changed at any time.
The prices proposed on the website at the time the order is sent are applied, without previous offers and/or any price changes occurring subsequently being relevant.
4. METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payments can be made, at the buyer's choice, by credit cards, prepaid cards or cash on delivery.
5. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The online sales contract shall be deemed concluded upon receipt of the purchase order by EQUIPE DONNA.
The seller sends the buyer a notice of receipt of the order, containing a summary of the data. It will be the customer's responsibility to verify the correctness of the data and notify the seller of any corrections within 24 hours of receipt of the order confirmation.
In the possible and remote event that the products or services on the website are not actually available in the warehouse, the seller will inform the buyer within 24 hours of sending the order. In this case, the buyer may alternatively: a) replace the ordered product with another one available, agreeing on the adjustment of any change in price and delivery terms; b) receive the product at a later date; c) obtain cancellation of the order with refund of the price already paid.
6. DELIVERY
The delivery date is summarized by the seller in the order confirmation communication.
If either the buyer or seller needs to change this date, they may do so once, without additional charge, by notifying the buyer or seller in writing at least 48 hours before the predetermined date. Otherwise, each party is liable for any costs arising from its choice to change the delivery date.
The seller shall not be liable for delay in delivery if this is due to force majeure or fortuitous circumstances. In this case, the seller will promptly notify the buyer of a new deadline by which it will deliver.
7. WARRANTIES
The guarantees provided by law shall apply to the sale of products online.
8. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The purchaser has the obligation to read carefully these general conditions of sale before placing a purchase order. Sending the purchase order implies full knowledge and acceptance of these conditions.
